Shipping and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at LuxeKidz.ca! We aim to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional service. Please review our shipping and return policy below:

Shipping:

• We offer free standard shipping services to locations within Canada.
• Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
• Delivery times for standard shipping may vary depending on the destination.

Return Policy:

• We have a 30-day return policy, which means returns must be dropped off and scanned by the carrier within 30 days after the delivery date. Returns & exchanges will not be accepted beyond 15 days from the delivery date. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED, ONLY STORE CREDIT UPON APPROVAL.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with original tags attached, and in its original packaging. For example, if your purchased item arrives in a dust or garment bag, it must be returned inside the bag.
• To start a return, you can contact us at laura@luxekidz.ca. If your return is accepted, a return shipping label will be provided for you to send the item back to us. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
• Any undergarments, sale items, and custom products (special orders or personalized items) are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Gift cards are not eligible for return.
• Refunds & Store Credit: We do not offer refunds. Once your item is returned to us and accepted, a store credit will be sent to you for the cost of the item minus the return shipping.
• Damages & Issues: We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged in your possession. We monitor all returns to identify any potential abuse or misuse of our Return Policy and reserve the right to refuse service. Returns received that do not satisfy our policy are subject to rejection or partial credit.
• Changes to This Return Policy: We may update this Return Policy from time to time without notice.
